| To develop, establish, and support youth mentoring programs that promote
positive interaction between Louisiana State Troopers, youth and communities |

going to jail. But the real problem is that not only are they going to jail, they are growing up
in jail. Our society seems to be unable to solve this problem, but I believe that by working together,
we can solve this problem. And I believe that the answer can be found in our commitment to making

| Mission |
| The Louisiana Trooper Foundation, working in partnership with the
community and business leaders of the state, will support the Louisiana State Police in their
continuing efforts to better serve the citizens. |

To develop and support youth-oriented programs that are directed at providing
young people with sustained, constructive adult relationships through which they can build the positive
life skills needed to become successful and productive citizens of their communities.
To develop an alliance with other established community youth programs that subscribe to the goals of the Louisiana
Trooper Foundation. |
