| Chartered as a non-profit organization
in 1999, the Louisiana Trooper Foundation is dedicated to
the support of the Louisiana State Police in their
continuing efforts to better serve the citizens of
Louisiana. The Foundation, working closely with the
Louisiana State Police, will accomplish this objective by
establishing partnerships between communities, businesses,
and other law enforcement agencies. The Foundation is
continuously seeking to develop, establish and support youth
oriented programs that promote positive interaction between
Troopers, young people and their communities. The
Foundation believes that through youth mentoring programs,
development of life skills curriculums, leadership training,
peer centered activities, or working in partnership with
other agencies that support similar core value programs, we
can make a difference in the lives of our youth. |
